Waterfront Wellness kicks off THIS WEEKEND! This is one of our FAVORITE things in the city – free, fun fitness classes all summer long!! So lace up those sneakers, grab a bottle of water and head to the Waterfront to get fit! This year, the program has been expanded too – so you get free fitness every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (May 23rd through September 20th)!
The series kick off this Saturday, May 23 with Boot Camp and Dance2Fitness then Sunday, May 24 with Yoga, Kayaking and Parkour! Check out the full schedule below:

This year, they are also hosting an incentive program with the free workouts! Register and attend Waterfront Wellness fitness classes and you’ll be rewarded for your participation with great prizes at different levels! Sounds good to us! All you have to do is register, then when you attend Waterfront Wellness Classes and you will receive 10 points for every class (you can only earn points for 2 classes per weekend and weekday classes are not applicable).
