Well…our Baltimore Ravens didn’t make it to the big game (single tear…), so we’re a little less invested this year. That being said, it is one of our favorite non-holiday holidays and it’s a great day to celebrate, watch football and spend time with friends!
The problem can be that Super Bowl Sunday is often filled with an incredible amount of unhealthy eating and drinking. There are always chips and dips, wings, fries and/or nachos, and of course, can’t forget about the booze…
