Thursday, March 3rd: House of Cards Filming Locations run
In honor of Season 4 of HOC coming out this Friday, the NP Bmore crew will be leading an 8mi run along the HOC filming location starting at 5:30AM at 13 Commerce Street!

Learn the practice of”breathplay” aka pranayama and the alignment principals of yoga in the body in the class stretches, and enjoy a full barre class followed by a Q&A discussion.
Saturday, March 5th: The Moxie Sessons: Yinsights at M.Power Yoga Studio
Join Sarah Hatton for a practice that will begin with Yin Yoga; an introspective, slower – paced, meditative style of yoga used to drop the body into stillness while you work to quiet the mind. Then, transition transition into the popular Yang style of class with an invigorating and energizing flow that is designed to support additional flexibility while continuing to build strength. Complete class with a sweet surrender in savasana.

New to spin or want a more hands-on approach to perfect your form and get the most out of every ride at REV? Join instructor KG for an ongoing 3-week session that meets Sunday, March 6th, 13th & 20th at 5:30PM.
Sunday, March 6th: Surf 101 at BeachFit
Want to get in on this whole Surfset thing but not sure where to start? Join Kate for a special SURF 101! This class is designed to educate beginners on the best practices for all our surf-related classes. You will learn the basics of the board, focus on form, core strength and balance, all while getting the extra attention you need from BeachFit’s trained instructor (aka our own co-founder Kate!).

Tuesday, March 8th: March Shack Track + Field Run
Lace up your kicks and join us for our monthly Shake Shack Track & Field Run in Baltimore! Meet at Charm City Run Baltimore, then run 3-5 miles around the city. End at Shake Shack where the first round of beers is on them! Charm City Run employees will both lead the group on either a 3 or 5 mile route, and bring bags/phones/etc to the Shack. All levels and paces welcome! Shack Track & Field runs the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at locations all over the world.

Tuesday, March 15th: Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop
Come learn how to fly with CorePower Yoga Baltimore! Taylor Corey and Cara Cooke will be breaking down some fun inversions and arm balances during the workshop. Celebrate the kick off of Light City Baltimore with a black light rave style ride led by the one & only Nick Rodricks of November Project Bmore!
