HAPPY NEW YEAR! We’re so excited to open our planners to not only a new month, but a new year full of possibilities & opportunities. Time to focus in on what we want to cultivate for ourselves in 2016, and reflect back on what the challenges of 2015 have taught us. Wednesday, January 6: New Instructor REVeal at REV
FREE class alert – our girl Rachel will be making her REV debut this Wednesday at 7AM, so join her for 45 sweaty minutes in the saddle to get your hump day started right!
Thursday, January 7: Core Power Yoga Friends & Family night at Fed Hill Fitness
Join Core Power Yoga on 1/7/16 for a special Friends + Family class to celebrate the new Federal Hill studio! Ciara Desmond and Kristina Marie Pulido will be leading the group through complimentary C2 and Sculpt classes – take your pick! Doors open at 6:30pm, class is from 7pm – 8pm. Join for some snacks from Whole Foods Baltimore and beverages from SweetWater Brewing Company after class.
Friday, January 8 – Sunday, January 10: The Dailey Method Towson’s Grand Opening That’s right, The Daily Method is opening in Towson and to celebrate they’re offering FREE classes all weekend long! Space is limited, so be sure to sign up for their signature cycle or barre class offerings ASAP!

Sunday, January 10: Detox & Twist Workshop with Marissa Walsh, Charm City Yoga Fed Hill
Learn how to detox your mind, body and spirit through asana, self care and clean eating! This workshop will focus on the benefits of detox yoga, and will include a short asana practice, so some prior yoga experience is helpful.
Tuesday, January 12: Shake Shack Track & Fun Run
Lace up your kicks and join us for our monthly Shake Shack Track & Field Run in Baltimore! Meet at Charm City Run Baltimore, then run 3-5 miles around the city. End at Shake Shack where the first round of beers is on them! Charm City Run employees will both lead the group on either a 3 or 5 mile route, and bring bags/phones/etc to the Shack. Sunday, January 17: REV101 with KG Spencer
Looking for a new way to sweat to keep those resolutions in check? REV Cycle Studio has you covered with their new REV101 program, a 3-week series that will teach you the fundamentals of indoor cycling and prepare you to become a spin addict. You’ll meet as a small group for 45mins every Sunday at 5:30PM for 3 weeks (1/17, 1/24, 1/31) to go over the basics with KG, a very hands-on instructor who has experience training other instructors all across the world. Each week you’ll progress, so that by week #3 you’ll spend most of your time in the saddle, putting what you’ve learned into practice!

If you’ve ever considered taking the next step with your barre practice and becoming an instructor, we definitely recommend checking out M.Power’s teacher training program coming up later this month! Annie went thru this training herself, so feel free to reach out to her with any questions you may have!
Friday, January 22: Vinyasa Pulse Workshop with Heather Hax at Charm City Yoga Fed Hill
Move to the beat in this vinyasa practice with accompaniment of a live drum beat. Sharpen your focus and time your breath as you integrate other limbs of the practice with your asana (postures): pranayama (breath control), dharlna (concentration) and dhyana (meditation).
Saturday, January 23: Sweat & Surrender Workshop with Erin Tschantret, CCY Midtown This one of a kind workshop will leave you feeling strong, boundless, and completely at ease. Be ready to sweat and release in a safe environment! Learn practical tools to use during any physical exercise that will continually torch the limits set on our best selves.
Sunday, January 24: Sun Salutations: Shine Bright Workshop Learn about the Koshas and the use of mantra to help energize your life. You will develop techniques to help bring vitality to your practice while aligning your chakras.
Sunday, January 24: Freeze Your Buns 5K
Join for the 2016 Freeze Your Buns 5K Walk/Run, presented by Anne Arundel Community College Department of Public Safety in support of Special Olympics Maryland. It is a 5K course around the Anne Arundel Community College Campus.
Friday, January 29: Bikes, Barre & Bubbles at REV Janet & Candice are joining forces to host the ultimate happy hour event – 30 minutes of cycle + 30 minutes at the barre, followed by a bubbly toast! Class registration will open up Sunday, 1/24 at noon so be sure to grab your spot as this class tends to sell out!
Saturday, January 30: KIND Studio Takeover Need an excuse to FINALLY get out of the house, post-Jonas? Join REV for a KIND Studio Takeover! A live DJ will be pumping the jams during the 9AM, 10AM & 11AM spin classes, enjoy a KIND/Gundalow Juice pairing station, complimentary coffee courtesy of 3 Bean Coffee, and share how you plan to act KINDly in 2016!

Run with the Ladies Group every Tuesday morning in Columbia! 3-5 mile route sheets will be provided. All paces and strollers welcome. These runs are FREE and you may show up any Thursday, but registering will ensure you receive relevant updates via email.
Wednesday AM November Project workout at Rash Field, 5:30 & 6:30AM
Wednesday PM Pub Runs with Charm City Run Bel Air
Run with CCR every Wednesday night in Bel Air! They are kicking off the series at DuClaw Brewing Company where the first beer is just a penny… and Mizuno is kicking in the pennies! (Join for the second 1/13 run with Main Street Oyster House). Runs will vary in distance per the individual, but will typically be anywhere between 3 and 5 miles. Course maps and support will be provided. These runs are FREE and you may show up any Thursday, but registering will ensure you receive relevant updates via email.

Thursday PM Runs with Charm City Run Downtown
Join CCR for a Fun Run every week downtown starting at McHenry Row on Thursdays, 6:15 PM. Route sheets from 3-6 miles provided– all paces welcomed. These runs are FREE and you may show up any Thursday, but registering will ensure you receive relevant updates via email.

Friday 6PM Happy Rides & Barre Classes at REV Cycle Studio Kickstart your weekend every Friday at 6PM at REV with either 45 minutes in the saddle or 60 minutes at the barre! Each Friday Happy Ride/Happy Hour barre class is led by a different instructor with a different theme, so be sure to check the weekly schedule online and reserve your spot in advance!
