With the seasons changing and post race time, I thought it would be good to give you a mix to help re-focus and get centered. One of my fall goals is to focus on my yoga practice, I needed to find some music to help me find my practice and to ease my mind. This playlist I play if I am getting my yoga flow on or just for an easy walk.
Here are some of my thoughts on these songs:
Perth-Teen Daze Remix: Bon Iver, LOVE this song! Just the sounds of the song, just peaceful. Sets your mind right.
Shooting Stars: Bag Raiders, This song gets me moving and puts a smile on my face.
Breathe: Telepopmusik, Just a friendly reminder to breathe.
Just Say Yes: Snow Patrol, Love the words of this song. Build trust into someone.
For your meditation part, I save the song, The Only Moment We Were Alone: Explosions in the Sky. This band is incredible. The music just makes you erase all thoughts and doubts, just you and you only. Their songs are very meditative for me.
