Tuesday, February 2: FREE Bootcamp with Dawn at VITA
Start the year off right with a FREE bootcamp-style workout led by personal trainer Dawn Litrenta at 10:15AM. Have little ones? Bring them along in the stroller and Dawn will work it into the workout!
Wednesday, February 3: Eating for Energy Workshop with Plantbar
What would your life be like with an abundance of energy and vitality? What foods are best to eat to increase your energy? Come chat and learn the answers with Daniela Troia (chef and owner of Zia’s Cafe & Plantbar) and Celeste Corsaro from Plantbar!
Wednesday, February 3: FREE Grand Opening Class at CorePower Yoga
If you haven’t gotten a chance to check out the new CorePower Yoga in Federal Hill yet, this is the perfect opportunity to do so! Saturday, February 6: “Meditation for Spinning” workshop with Jason Williams at REV
Join our pal Jason Williams (Charm City PT) for this 60-minute workshop that will teach breathing techniques, relaxation tips, and other motivational tools to allow you to tap into your inner athlete and get the most effective ride every time you climb into the saddle.
Sunday, February 7: Cycle for Survival at Meadowbrook Aquatic & Fitness Center
Cycle for Survival is the national movement to beat rare cancers. This high-energy, indoor team cycling event provides a tangible way for you to fight back, specifically supporting Team Perry, named for 15-year-old Perry Zimmerman, who has survived 3 rare cancers. The event consists of four back-to-back 45 min spinning classes with 15 min turnover between classes (8AM – 12PM), and we’re pleased to share our own Jami will be leading one of the classes!
Sunday, February 7: Free in-store Yoga Sculpt with Ciara Desmond of CorePower Yoga at lululemon Harbor East
Join lululemon on the mat every Sunday at 10AM for complimentary in-store yoga. For the month of February each week a different instructor from CorePower Yoga Studio in Fed Hill will be highlighted – get there early to grab a spot!
Sunday, February 7: M.Power’s The Moxie Sessions: Making Space
If M.Power had an M3 level class, this would be it! This 90 minute class led by Meaghan McDermott will incorporate flow with advanced options for poses, challenging transitions, and arm balances. After a warm up that helps you “make space” so your body and mind are open and ready for the more challenging poses, Meaghan will spend some time breaking down transitions and “scarier” poses to help you elevate your practice. FREE for members, $25 for non-members.
Sunday, February 7: Nuun Year Dash in Baltimore
Join the #BMOREtoned group on Sunday, Feb 7th to run the Nuun Year Dash. We will run a 10k around Baltimore city. The group will meet up at Patterson Park at 1PM, then start the run at 1:20PM. Didn’t get to sign up through the Nuun Year Dash, no worries!! Just come join us in the meet up and RUN!
Tuesday, February 9: Shack Track & Field Run
Lace up your kicks and join us for our monthly Shake Shack Track & Field Run in Baltimore! Meet at Charm City Run Baltimore, then run 3-5 miles around the city. End at Shake Shack where the first round of beers is on them! Charm City Run employees will both lead the group on either a 3 or 5 mile route, and bring bags/phones/etc to the Shack. All levels and paces welcome! Shack Track & Field runs the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at locations all over the world.
Tuesday, February 9: Pints & Poses for a Cause!
Join the Yoga Service Project at Peabody Heights Brewery at 6:15PM for a “Pay What You Can” yoga class benefitting Rebuilding Together Baltimore. Following class 10% of bar sales will go towards Rebuilding Together Baltimore.
Friday, February 12: M.Power Rock ‘n’ Flow – Rescheduled Due to Jonas!
The perfect pairing of Yoga and Music like you’ve never experienced it: At Rams Head Live, Baltimore’s best state of the art concert venue. Join Nila Mechali and Lindsay Lusignea for a juicy vinyasa yoga flow that’s accessible to all, from first time yogis to the advanced student, with live music by Mickey Coviello of Cabinet and M.Power Yoga founder’s The Herd Brothers.

Saturday, February 13: “Healthy Lifestyle in a Snap” workshop with Erin Peisach at REV
Do you struggle with incorporating the ideal life balance? Join Erin, Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist and owner of Nutrition by Erin, for an in-depth talk about how to achieve a healthier lifestyle without making it your full-time job. Sunday, February 14: CPY Partner Yoga C2 Workshop
Join Katrina Keane & Alexa Rose Pancza for a 75-minute Partner Yoga C2 workshop and explore the basics of practicing with a partner. Come with a friend, come solo, or meet someone new! No experience is necessary. Also, all day on Valentine’s Day, CPY students can bring a date for #FREE – they can be new to CPY or have taken class before. After class all attendees will receive a CPY sticker and can head to sweetgreen for a free lunch.
Thursday, February 18: “Let’s Chat Paleo” with Tina Milnes from Blonde Beet Nirvana at VITA
Curious about the paleo diet? Tina Milnes from Blonde Beet Nirvana will be leading a discussion about this new (old?!) way of eating and clearing up any questions you have! Come learn about how this lifestyle could help you find more energy and relieve unwanted symptoms like inflammation, poor sleep, and slow metabolism! The Paleo diet is based on lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and basic principles that support healthy digestion. When eat better, you FEEL better! Who doesn’t want to work on their bootie and achieve beautiful, healthy skin? Enjoy a FREE 30 minute boot-camp style workout lead by personal trainer Dawn Litrenta followed by an opportunity to learn about keeping your skin healthy in the winter months and all year long lead by Rodan + Fields consultant Ericka Butler. Dawn will help you learn how to utilize your own body weight to accomplish a great workout anywhere, anytime. Ericka will be teaching you how to soothe irritated sensitive skin, combat the acne cycle, reverse sun damage and redefine the aging process.

Sunday, February 28: Chakra Tuning Master Class at M.Power
The 7 chakras are distinct energy centers in the body, each representing a unique aspect of the human experience. In this 90 minute vinyasa-based yoga class, you’ll explore each of the chakras through sound and movement. Come with an open mind and heart, and expect to sweat, chant and take your yoga practice to a new level. FREE for members, $25 for non-members.
