Yeah, we know how it goes. New year, new me. I will start on the 1st. This year will be different. We totally understand the feeling. However, we also know the routine starts hard core in the first few weeks then it diesss… We find it best to work in a group, so you hold yourself accountable. Then, on those days when you aren’t digging a workout or eating healthy, that group and seeing others working at it will definitely make you feel enthused.
We’re dedicated to a Wholesome 2015. We’ll be bringing you new encouragement every month this year, starting now! And we want you to join us. We’re kicking off the year with our first focus – the benefit of joining a challenge!
