Join Real Flexi for a gorgeous morning on the water at historic Fort McHenry and enjoy a 90 minute practice led by three incredible instructors: Jason Williams, Coral Pross, and Mary K Benney. Register here!
Thursday, June 30th – Free to Breathe 80’s Glow Barre Party at Barrevolution, 7:30PM
Grab your 80’s gear and get ready to raise some funds at the barre with Tina Reed Milnes of Blonde Beet Nirvana! This class will be done in the dark, with black lights, so be sure to wear neon or a white t-shirt that can get decorated before class. Suggested donation $10 – $20.
Saturday, July 2nd – Rooftop Barre Blast at M.Power Yoga, 10AM – 11AM
You already know how much we love Natty Bohga, now M.Power is hosting its first rooftop barre class, led by instructors Annie & Molly, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Free to Breathe! Saturday, July 16th – Battle of the Yogis: CPY vs B’more SUP, 6PM – 8PM
CorePower Yoga & B’more SUP are teaming up for a unique yoga event on the water, all benefitting FTB! Land and sea yogis will battle it out in a fun evening of land based and paddle board based yoga classes. Meet at Inverness Park in Dundalk, where all yogis will have the opportunity to flow on land and on the water before heading to Hard Yacht Cafe to enjoy live music on the deck. Your $30 ticket will go directly towards Free to Breathe – register here!
